Get to see my children today first time since I’ve been unwell.

I am so excited I get to see my kids I haven’t seen in weeks , but I am worried the impact my illness has had on their emotional well-being of me being mentally unwell for the last 12 months since the birth of my 5th son Aston-David who has just turned 1 , then there is Alexander who is 2 , Isaac who is 6 and the two older boys Justin and Curtis who are 11 and 10, this is a massive range of ages to explain mental health too. i am going to design an story book and an online blog for children to access safely in due course with the help of my children.

They need to know that they are not alone as its a scary time to loose a parent if they go into hospital.
